The Austin City Limits Festival just wrapped up weekend one at Zilker Park and this year I snapped for SPIN (check their coverage here, here and here). This was a big one, with some all-time fav bands: Depeche Mode, The Cure, Arctic Monkeys, Phoenix, Wilco, Divine Fits, The National and Lionel Richie (don't deny you love Lionel), and up-and-comers Ms Mr, Savages, Phosphorescent and Fidlar.
30+ hours of coverage, 4,000+ digital photos taken, 300 final edits, 7 sugar free Red Bulls, 2 packs of Fuji FP100C and some Portra 400 equals an exhausted photographer that needs some rest and family time. While I do that, check out a Phoenix teaser. Best of the fest to come...
